A redefinition of Shabu-Shabu restaurant has been built to life, extending the horizon of Asian cuisine. Inherited from the Japanese Shabu-Shabu (freshly boiled meat and veggie pot), MUMU hot pot’s version 3.0 aims to elaborate the brand identity.

 

Upon entering, guests are welcomed by the restaurant’s neutral and warm tones, embodying the brand’s core values of warmth and cleanliness in its food offerings. Each corner of the space is thoughtfully designed, featuring soft edges and light-washed walls that evoke a sense of Zen, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere. We let the character of each material shine in the restaurant; with the Venetian plaster and solid oak wood, all the textures and richness are preserved beautifully.
